Why does Tasmania only have 3 school terms? How does it work?
I am from Victoria and they have 4 terms, Unit 1 is in terms 1 and 2, unit 2 is in terms 3 and 4. But Tasmania only have 3 terms, how do they work?
I am wishing to move to Tasmania to study in the middle of the year that is why I'm asking. I will have then completed Unit 1 in Victoria. How will I study Unit 2 in Tasmania? If anyone knows the dates when Unit 2 start in Tasmania, please help.
It likely won't line up at all. Every school district has a different system. Tasmania may not even use "Units".. I live in Canada and we don't go by units, except to mean different topics in a textbook, but no two classes are the same and each term (semester) you take different classes anyways.
It'll be totally different there, you may be able to jump in right away or you may have to wait until the start of a new school year.
It can even differ just from school to school. My first year of high school, we had the same classes all year, 4 on one day, then 4 the next day, back and forth for the entire year. The other high school in our town was completely different and did 4 classes every day for half a year and then the other 4 classes every day for the other half of the year, so you could switch from the all year one to the half a year one, but not the other way.

Does anyone know the name of the song in the Feria ad that has Beyonce in it? Is it a Beyonce song? I thought maybe it was a song of hers, but I can't be sure. Thanks in advance!
I honestly don't believe Beyonce went out there to be disrespectful to Etta. If Etta was asked to do the same rendition of another great artist's song in the same situation, I believe she would've jumped at the opportunity. I just think Etta is letting her insecurities get the best of her and it's time she does some soul searching and grow up.
EDIT: It wasn't Etta James song to begin with. The songwriting team of Mack Gordon and Harry Warren wrote this in 1942 for Glenn Miller and his orchestra. So I don't see where Beyonce had to get her permission just like she shouldn't have to get Bing Crosby's permission to sing "White Christmas."
